The Herkimer County Humane Society Board members, several local volunteers, and community leaders will be gathering in a show of force on Tuesday, February 21st, at the German Flatts Town Court.
The arraignment of Frankfort resident Paul-Carlos Palenzuela will be at 66 East Main St. in Mohawk at 3 pm.
He was arrested on several charges of animal cruelty towards a 6 yr old pitbull, “Miracle,” recently.
This group hopes the community will unite to bring awareness and stop the senseless abuse and neglect of helpless animals.
The public is encouraged to support and help get justice for Miracle. Arrive at 2:30 and join the cause! Be the voice heard all the way to Albany. The laws need to be changed to protect animals who can’t protect themselves.
