October 9, 2022 – November 19, 2022

As part of its 40th Anniversary Celebration, the Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts (MVCA) is calling all local artists throughout the region to enter its 2022 Regional Exhibition Visual Art Show this fall.

The MVCA is a non-profit organization that supports the arts throughout the greater Mohawk Valley region, promoting, displaying, and selling the work of regional artists.

The show is open to all artists throughout the Mohawk Valley working in any medium.  Artists will compete for prize money up to $500 and the opportunity for a solo exhibition of their work.
Submissions are due on September 15th by 11:59 PM in electronic format, with all submissions original to the artist, offered for sale, and not previously exhibited at MVCA. The show will begin with a reception on October 9th at the MVCA 401 Gallery in Canal Place, Little Falls, and also as a virtual show on the center’s website.

Tom Montan, an award-winning artist with more than 35 years of experience and Executive Director of Sculpture Space in Utica, will serve as Juror. To learn more about Tom Montan, visit his website.
